Your appointment can be cancelled 48 hours or more prior to your appointment without penalty. Massages cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled massage service fee. No call/no shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled massage service fee. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a brief medical history form and to ensure your appointment starts and ends on time. Valentine's Day massage gift certificates do not have to be redeemed on Valentine's Day. They are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and make a great gift for your Valentine!
