Swedish Massage. Gentle, relaxation massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping designed to relax muscles and energize you.
Deep Tissue Massage. Similar to Swedish massage, but uses slower, more forceful strokes to target the deeper muscles and tissues.
Trigger-Point Massage. Focuses on releasing areas of tight muscle tension, spasm and knots that can refer pain to other areas of the body when touched.
Hot Stone Massage. Utilizes heated stones to deeply relax muscles, release toxins, and increase circulation to induce a calming state of mind.
Couples Massage. A great way for you and another person to relax as you simultaneously receive massages in the same room with two therapists.
Prenatal Massage. Swedish massage specifically designed for use during pregnancy to alleviate muscle tension, reduce fluid retention, and encourage circulation.
